Quid Iqbal is a PhD student working on physics-informed neural networks: models that build in how the body works, such as how glucose and insulin interact, so that predictions stay plausible even when data are limited.
He is applying these models to diabetes, with longitudinal data such as the Qatar Biobank in view.
